Dr. Barbara L. Colter

Rev. Dr. Barbara L. Colter was born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania where she gave her heart to the Lord at the tender age of 12. At the age of 14 Dr. Colter said yes to God and she preached her trial sermon. She didn’t know then but God was preparing her for a life dedicated to ministry. She was raised in the church and enjoyed living her life for the Lord. She graduated Philadelphia Christian Academy High School in 1988. She later attended Temple University as a Theater Major. She moved to New Jersey in 1997. Dr. Barbara Colter served in ministry 15 years total, but 6 of those years she served as a youth Pastor. Dr. Colter later met her husband Bishop Vandy L. Colter in 1999 and they married in 2001. She currently is the Executive Pastor @ KCCC and oversees several ministries including the KCCC Cathedral Woman’s Ministry, Woman of Judah. She is the Conference Host of “Gods Favorite Daughters” conference and luncheon. She is a businesswoman and has over 23 years of professional childcare experience and is the Director of Kings Kids Child Care Center & Pre-School. Dr. Colter degrees include: Associate Degree in Biblical Studies, Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Master’s Degree in Theology and Doctorate of Theology from the North Carolina College of Theology. Rev. Dr. Barbara Colter is honored to stand by her husband, Bishop Vandy L. Colter, who also known as her “Boaz Blessing as he impacts the world with his unique anointing, leadership and unique vision. Rev.
